These Terms govern your use of RankFootprint, operated by Joshua Israel Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we”). By using the site you agree to them.

Service

RankFootprint reports approximate local search positions using third-party data. Results vary by device, time and user and are provided as is.

Accounts and payment

Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly in US dollars through Stripe and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where law requires. Accounts use one-time email sign-in links; keep access to your email secure.

Free scans and shared results

Free scans are limited and may be paused when monthly data capacity is used up. Anyone with a results link can view that scan, so share links only with people you choose.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break it, or resell it without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new date here.
